Eyebrow transplant aftercare: a step-by-step guide
The first days shape the result. We explain what's normal, what to do and what to avoid after an eyebrow transplant, week by week, and why patience is part of the treatment.

A good eyebrow transplant does not end with the procedure: the first days and weeks are what consolidate the result. The good news is that recovery is simple and not very uncomfortable; you just need to follow a few guidelines and be patient with the hair's timing.
The first 48 hours
- Mild swelling, redness and tiny scabs around each follicle are normal.
- Sleep with your head slightly elevated to reduce swelling.
- Do not wet the area for as long as we indicate; afterward, gentle washing as directed.
- No intense exercise, sauna or direct sun.

From week one to week four
The scabs come off and the brow starts to look more natural. You can gradually return to your routine, keeping up sun protection and avoiding aggressive products on the area (exfoliants, retinoids) until we tell you otherwise.
"Shock loss": don't panic
Between the second and eighth week, much of the grafted hair falls out. This is completely expected and is called shock loss: the follicle stays alive under the skin and enters a resting phase before growing back. You have not lost the transplant; it is resetting.

From 3 to 12 months
From the third month, the hair grows back steadily. The result appears progressively and is considered final around 9–12 months. From then on, your brow is trimmed and groomed like any of your own hair.
